Plagiarism

I think that this article is ranking a punishment high then another. When i think of plagiarism I think that its completely wrong. They used to reason why it would be wrong but it seemed like they favored the one side more then the other. They seemed to say that it more wrong because the person plagiarizing wouldn't be learning anything. I personally think that the people who wrote the information in the first place aren't getting the credit.
